Most systems are live within 48 hours of sign-up. We handle the full setup and train your team on-site or remotely.
Do the systems work without internet?
Yes. Our POS and several other modules are designed to work offline and sync automatically when connectivity is restored.
Is M-Pesa integration included?
Absolutely. M-Pesa STK Push, Paybill, and Till integrations are built into all relevant modules at no extra cost.
Do you provide after-sales support?
Yes — all clients get access to our support team via phone, WhatsApp, email and on-site visits (for Nairobi) with every package.
